FloodDamageLine.com (the "Site") is operated by Green Fusion Investments LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or call a phone number displayed on it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site or calling a number on it, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. WHAT WE DO

FloodDamageLine is a free call-connection and advertising service. We are not a restoration contractor, plumber, remediation company, or insurance company. When you call, your call is routed to an independent third-party service provider, or to a call-routing partner that works with such providers, so they can help you with your water damage emergency.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide when you call:

- The phone number you call from (caller ID)

- Your name, if you give it

- Your ZIP code or general location

- A description of your damage or service need

- Anything else you say on the call

Call recordings and call data:

- Calls may be recorded and monitored. Recordings, call duration, time of call, the number dialed, and the provider your call was routed to are stored by us and by our call-tracking and routing vendors.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site:

- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device type, browser type, operating system, and screen size

- Pages viewed, time on page, referring website or ad, and the search terms or ad click that brought you to the Site

- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6)

We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, insurance policy numbers, or government ID numbers. Please do not share these on the call.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- To route your call to a service provider or call-routing partner that serves your area and your type of damage

- To confirm that calls were connected, measure call quality, and resolve disputes about whether a call was valid

- To measure and improve our advertising (for example, to know which ad led to a call)

- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam calls, and automated calling

- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

- To respond to your questions or requests

We do not use your information to send you marketing calls or marketing text messages. We do not place outbound telemarketing calls as a result of your inbound call.

4. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

We share information only as described here:

Service providers you are connected to. When your call is routed, the receiving provider gets your phone number, your location, and the details of your call, including the recording where applicable, so they can help you. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.

Call-routing and lead-distribution partners. Some calls are routed through third-party call-routing networks that match calls with service providers. These partners receive the same call details and recordings and may be compensated for connecting the call. We may receive compensation from these partners or from providers when a call is connected.

Vendors that operate our service. Call-tracking and recording platforms, website hosting and page-building platforms, analytics and advertising-measurement providers, and email providers. These vendors process information on our behalf.

Advertising platforms. We use conversion-tracking tags from advertising platforms (such as Google Ads) so the platform can tell us that an ad click resulted in a call. These platforms may set cookies or receive limited data about your visit as described in Section 6.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, court order, or government request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If we sell or transfer all or part of our business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, people-search sites, or marketers unrelated to your service request.

5. "SALE" AND "SHARING" UNDER STATE PRIVACY LAWS

Some state privacy laws define "sale" broadly enough to include disclosing personal information to a third party in exchange for compensation. Because we may receive compensation from service providers or call-routing partners when your call is connected, that disclosure may be considered a "sale" under those laws. Similarly, the use of advertising-measurement cookies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you do not want your information disclosed in this way, you can opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and the phone number you called from. Please note that opting out before your call means we cannot connect you with a provider, because the connection itself is the disclosure.

6. COOKIES, PIXELS, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The Site uses:

- Essential cookies needed for the Site to function

- Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site

- Advertising-measurement tags (for example, Google Ads conversion tracking and call-tracking scripts) that record when an ad click leads to a visit or call, and may dynamically display a phone number tied to the ad you clicked

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site works. To opt out of Google's use of cookies for ads measurement, visit Google's Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

7. CALL RECORDING

Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. You will hear a recording notice at the start of the call. By continuing the call after the notice, you consent to recording where permitted by law. If you do not wish to be recorded, please hang up before the call is connected.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep call records, recordings, and related data for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes with providers and partners, and meet legal, accounting, and audit requirements — typically no longer than 24 months after the call, unless a longer period is required by law or an active dispute. Website analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.

9. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it

- Request a copy of your personal information

- Request that we correct or delete your personal information

- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request," the type of request, and the phone number you called from. We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming the phone number and approximate date of your call. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of that authorization.

If you are a California resident, you may also request the categories of sources from which we collected personal information, the business purpose for collecting or selling it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing the service you requested.

11. CHILDREN

The Site and the call service are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND PROVIDERS

The Site may link to third-party websites, and the providers you are connected to are independent businesses. This Privacy Policy does not cover their practices. Review their privacy policies directly.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or calls to its numbers after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
